Use Inclusive Work Practices (BSBTWK301) focuses on the skills and knowledge necessary for Certificate III in Business students to acknowledge and engage constructively with diverse groups of individuals in the workplace. It encompasses the ability to respond to and collaborate effectively with individuals who possess different characteristics or backgrounds during work activities. The unit is applicable to individuals working in various contexts where they are expected to interact with diverse groups of individuals. They may also provide some leadership and guidance to others while having limited responsibility for the output of others. The Learner Resource for this unit is divided into three elements:
- Establishing practices that promote the acceptance of individual differences in the workplace
- Working effectively with individual differences
- Evaluating the use of inclusive practices

To assess your competence or performance, you will need the support of a supervisor, manager, or assessor who can observe your execution of project or workplace tasks and verify your competency.
